mCity is an application that empowers citizens giving them the opportunity to report their problems taking geo-tagged photos. These photos are then stored at the mcity.gr web site where the municipality authorities can monitor and moderate them. All these reports are online accompanied with maps, photos, comments and can be viewed by all citizens.
